We are a family owned Direct Primary Care clinic. We gladly see patients with and without insurance, we just bill patients directly. By avoiding insurance hassles and limitations, we can focus more on patient care and access to this quality care.

For a low monthly membership fee, we offer:
- unlimited primary care visits without additional per visit fee
- NO co-pays, NO deductible
- same or next-day appt,
- extended appt time (30-90min)
- direct access to doctor by text, email or phone
- deeply discounted labs and medications.
- Although we do not bill insurance for our service, members with insurance or FSA/HSA can be use their benefits for medications, labs, diagnostic imaging, and/or specialist referral.

For patients needing care but not ready for membership, we do offer individual appointments based on clinic availability

Some example of primary care services: annual physical, well child visit, women's health (, chronic medical condition management (hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, heartburn, hypothyroidism, depression, anxiety, etc), STD testing / treatment, sinusitis, muscular strain / sprain, chronic low back pain, UTI, etc.

We also offer holistic pain treatments such as medical acupuncture, osteopathic manipulation therapy (OMT), perineural injection therapy (PIT), prolotherapy, and trigger point injection.
