I am a certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach, and I draw from a variety of other methodologies to facilitate an inquiry that is unique to each client, their goals, and desired outcomes or experiences.

AS COACH I bring skilled listening, observation, and curiosity. I create and maintain space where you are centered, supported, and free to explore your thoughts and experiences absent from the resistance, argument, or influence of outside opinions or ways of being .

The coach-client relationship is co-created and collaborative, built on the shared purpose of empowering you to create goals, intentions, and lived experiences in your external reality that you may have only longed for internally until now.
