Janine Barber is Project Manager for the Federal Way Lions Club annual event, Make Music Federal Way. On June 21, our city joins over 120 countries to celebrate music, with free concerts and opportunities to explore music with live presentations from youth aged 6 - 19, with professional musicians and students from the Federal Way School of Music, and with the smooth jazz sound of the Touch of Class big band. We have given away dozens of harmonicas (along with a free lesson!) and introduced kids of all ages to desk bells, steel pan music, ukulele lessons, and more.
My Name is Frank James, I am married to Denise James for 43 years, lived in Federal Way 25 years, retired from US Army and PACCAR. We volunteer with several nonprofit organizations.
