Description
Recent data from the Washington Post explains that no state has birthed more craft distilleries than the Evergreen State, largely due to state laws that support the growth of this industry. As of 2018, There are 126 distilleries in Washington. Join us to learn about this exciting industry from Michael Gifford of Blackfish Distillery.
Blackfish Distillery produces small batch, 'harvest to glass' spirits from locally sourced grains and harvests. They chose the name Blackfish as it captures the adventurous spirit of the Pacific Northwest and the magic they feel as they watch each drop of spirits emerge from their stills.
