Description

This class will cover:

Verbal Skills, Assertiveness, Self Confidence, Rules for self Defense, Self Defense Principles, and Awareness Evaluation.

There will be 'hands-on' practice so please wear appropriate clothing.

We don't need to be frightened if we are empowered and prepared.
