From the smallest communities to the largest cities, retail has been on the forefront of many an era. Since the advent of Main Street USA, up to and including today’s multi-channel, experiential approach, retail consistently shapes our everyday lives.
Retail has experienced major disruption and transformation over the past few years. While the challenges for retailers are real, we will discuss outcomes from the 2019 holiday season and explore the opportunities and trends driving today’s retail industry.
