Description
This year marks our fourth Make Music Federal Way, a FREE celebration with live music, instrument petting zoos, and free harmonicas (while supplies last). Bring friends and family to celebrate the first day of summer with musicians from all over the world.
This year, Rosebud Theatre singers are joining us, as well as youth from the Federal Way School of Music and the Washington Diamonds Drill Team and Drumline. We'll have over a dozen music-related booths to check out, and a "Bingo" card to fill in for gift basket prizes! Hear banjo & folk tunes from the 30's and 60's and end the evening with the 17-piece band, "A Touch of Class".
We are continuing the tradition of a live music breakfast fundraiser, with Flapjacks at Jimmy Mac's on Saturday May 21, 2022 8 am to 10 am. Purchase tickets at the Federal Way Farmer's Market on opening day, May 7, 2022. Ten dollar tickets provide you with ffapj-a cks, scrambled eggs, sausages, coffee, and more, while you listen to live music.
We are requesting donations to help with expenses, including gift baskets. We are a 501 c(3} nonprofit; our Employee Identification# is 91-161449. Mail donations to Treasurer Elna Aki at the above address.
Thank you in advance,
Federal Way Lions Club
