Description
A Strategy to Drive Our Regional Economy
Working in partnership with the Jobs for South Sound Foundation, the Chamber welcomes Ernst & Young (EY) for a presentation of findings from their Regional Economic Strategy.
Tony DeLisi, Senior Manager Ernst & Young, Director of Strategy, Economic Development Advisory Services, will share potential growth opportunities and strategies to build on the regional economic data in the greater Federal Way footprint.
"Our partnership with the Foundation is focused on enhancing the overall business landscape in our region," said Chamber CEO Rebecca Martin who notes that collaboration is key. "Business is focused growth and identifying intentional strategies for development to help sustain and expand our shared economic base as we work with partners for shared prosperity."
Our June Membership Meeting is sponsored by Equalus.
This regional economic strategy is funded in part by the Washington Department of Commerce. The plan will help the Jobs for South Sound Foundation, the Greater Federal Way Chamber of Commerce, and their partners build an integrated regional economic development strategic plan that takes advantage of today's new opportunities while addressing persistent challenges.
