To ensure the safety of our business community, standard protocols related to COVID-19 and its variants will be followed for our public gatherings, beginning September 1, 2021 and until further notice.
Program participants will be required to provide proof of vaccination or to provide a negative COVID-19 test result within the prior 48 hours for all indoor events. Masks will be required for participants regardless of vaccination status, except while actively eating or drinking. There will be no separate sections for vaccinated/unvaccinated patrons. These measures are in accordance with state and county health care directives and are in effect to ensure our members remain safe and our businesses remain open.
You must register by October 5 at 12 p.m. Registrations cannot be accepted after that date.

Fees/Admission
Members-Only A nonrefundable Fee is transferable within a company only.
$30 Early Bird Rate until September 28 11:45 a.m.
$35 General Admission Rate until October 5 at 12:00 p.m.
No walk-in attendance for this event. You must be a registered member of the Chamber.
This is a members-only meeting and pre-registration is required.
(Fee is not transferrable to satellite offices).
Description
The Chamber offers the annual Candidate Forum for its business and community leaders to hear the platforms of those seeking to represent the community as elected officials. The 2021 Forum will feature candidates for Federal Way Mayor and City Council.
This is a private, members-only event and not open to the public as guests. To ensure we provide a comfortable setting for civil discourse for our candidates and our members, no video, cell phone photos or recordings of the Forum itself are permitted, except by the Chamber.
The Chamber's annual Candidate Questionnaire for Mayor, City Council Lakehaven Water & Sewer District Commissioners, South King Fire & Rescue Commissioners, Federal Way School Board, King County Council, and King County Executive will be posted on our website.
SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR INDOOR CHAMBER EVENTS
Documentation of vaccination status must be shown upon entry to the venue.
Vaccinated Participants will need a Vaccination card, OR a Photo of a vaccination card as a separate document, OR a Photo of the attendee’s vaccine card stored on a phone or electronic device. Self-reported vaccination records that are not verified by a health care provider cannot be accepted.
Unvaccinated registration will need a Printed document from the test provider or laboratory, OR an Email or text displayed on a phone or electronic device from the test provider or laboratory, OR a Copy of negative COVID-19 antigen test taken 24 hours prior to the event. Self-reported negative test results that are not from a test provider, a laboratory, or a health care provider cannot be accepted.
