We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Marketing Media Manager to handle our print and digital content for the sales team, customers, and on various social media channels.

You should be able to plan and develop content that catches the audience's attention.
You should be able to conduct in-depth research and analyze the performance of online content.
Besides, you should be able to maintain editorial calendars.
You should be able to create and design social media content using various design tools.
In addition to this, you should ensure that the content generated adheres to our style guides and the industry standards at all times. As a Marketing Media Manager, you should be able to work in a competitive environment and manage strict deadlines.
Furthermore, you should be able to develop effective social media strategies, create.
A proven work experience in marketing is preferred.

Responsibilities
Collaborating with sales team to create potential customer proposals. 
Working with customers to create menu layouts and design customer cups and bags. Creating attractive social media posts to catch the audience's attention
Conducting in-depth social media research and maintaining a report of the same
Developing and sharing various social media content like graphics, videos, and other forms of content
Reviewing and optimizing company website and social media pages
Ensuring all content adheres to the industry guidelines and company standards
Research on industry-related topics
Create various content types (videos, articles, infographics) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides Utilize various digital publishing platforms to create print and online content Incorporate blog and social media posts in both websites and social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn
Conduct keyword research and employ SEO best practices to optimize content Analyze web traffic to measure the success of the content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or a related field
Proven work experience as a Social Media Assistant, Social Media Executive, or a similar role in the Marketing department Understanding of social media principles and best practices
Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Highly creative and motivated individual
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to manage deadlines
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Having an eye for detail
Ability to offer excellent customer service
