He sets the organization's vision and strategy\, and oversees a staff of about 250. \n\n\n\nBill Bryant\, Commissioner\, Port of Seattle\n\nCommissioner Bill Bryant was elected to Port of Seattle Commissioner in 2007. In 2009\, he was elected President of the Commission\, serving as Commission President for three years. In 2010 he was named Maritime Public Official of the Year by the Propeller Club.\n\n\n\nHartleigh Crane\, Senior Operations Manager\, Tote Ocean\n\nHartleigh Caine joined Totem Ocean Trailer Express in November\, 2013 after 14 years in the United States Army Aviation branch.
