Coffee & Connection speaker will be Greg Vicars\, Board Member of City Vision. Their organization is working with other service groups in the Federal Way area to propose a day shelter for our community.\n\n\n\nA Workforce in Transition: Day Shelter Proposal for Federal Way\n\n\n\nSt. Vincent De Paul Church with support of Sound Alliance has partnered with Catholic Community Services and Valley Cities to propose a day shelter for our community.  It would provide showers\, laundry\, a post office box\, computers and counseling services. \n\n \n\nThe purpose of this facility is to better equip clients apply for jobs\, prepare for interviews and actually compete for jobs just like people who have ready access to these basic needs.
