In today's competitive business environment, providing exceptional customer service is more important than ever. By mastering the skills and techniques taught in this course, you'll be well-equipped to create memorable experiences for your customers, contribute to the success of your organization, and stand out as a customer service professional.
About the Workforce Certificate Program
This online training session can be accessed at any time during the month of May. The session is expected to take 1 to 1.5 hours, followed by a content test. When passed, a certificate of completion will be issued.
The Federal Way Chamber's Workforce Certificate series is offered in partnership with the International Association of Workforce Professionals as part of a grant with the Washington Department of Commerce.

SBDC: Connecting Growth to Expertise
The team from Small Business Development Center at Highline College joins us for a keynote presentation at the May 1 meeting. A valued partner with the Federal Way Chamber, their support of new and growth stage businesses are a positive resource for the region’s economic base.
On average small business who work with the WA Small Business Development Center report they generate 15-10% more revenue than businesses who go it alone. And the 2022 Economic Impact of SBDC equates to $7,477,388 of investment, 300 jobs created or saved and 11 new business starts.
About SBDC
The Washington Small Business Development Center (SBDC) network, hosted statewide by Washington State University, is an accredited member of America’s SBDC. Funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration, institutions of higher education, economic development organizations and other public and private funding partners.

We are looking for talented performers like you to showcase your skills and entertain our audience. Whether you are a singer, dancer, musician, comedian, juggler, or have any other talent, we would love to have you be a part of our show.
If you are interested or know someone who is, please let me know as soon as possible. We have limited spots available, and we would like to finalize our lineup as soon as possible.
Please note that there will be a brief audition process to ensure that the acts are suitable for the event.
There will be 6 new contestants each month. We have 2 openings for June and are hoping that you will be available to take one of the openings. Performances are from 12 -1 pm.

I am writing to invite you to perform at the Federal Way's Got Talent Competition, which will take place on the first Saturday in June, July, and August. Each month two acts will move on to the final round September show and the winner will be announced and win $500.
We are looking for talented performers like you to showcase your skills and entertain our audience. Whether you are a singer, dancer, musician, comedian, juggler, or have any other talent, we would love to have you be a part of our show.

| Sep 3 Federal Way's Got Talent Competition |
Hello Talented Peeps,
I am writing to invite you to perform at the Federal Way's Got Talent Competition, which will take place on the first Saturday in June, July, and August. Each month two acts will move on to the final round September show and the winner will be announced and win $500.
We are looking for talented performers like you to showcase your skills and entertain our audience. Whether you are a singer, dancer, musician, comedian, juggler, or have any other talent, we would love to have you be a part of our show.
If you are interested or know someone who is, please let me know as soon as possible. We have limited spots available, and we would like to finalize our lineup as soon as possible.
Please note that there will be a brief audition process to ensure that the acts are suitable for the event.
There will be 6 new contestants each month. We have 2 openings for June and are hoping that you will be available to take one of the openings. Performances are from 12 -1 pm.
The winner will receive $500 and perform at the Taste of Federal Way.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. We are excited to see what talent you will bring to the show.
